Mindful Flow, Hatha Yoga, Nectar Flow and Iyengar all welcome beginners, and Yin Yoga is slow and restful. Vinyasa and the Ashtanga classes are more dynamic, but teachers offer modifications. Check the schedule for this week’s times.
